Position Description

This outstanding Melbourne based role is ideal for an experienced Programmer with exceptional programming skills, and a flair for creative solutions. The ideal candidate should display a passion for the development of information systems, and can expect ample opportunities for advancement, as well as a generous bonus program.

Responsibilities

To help deliver AVTech’s strategy the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing:
    • Customised business tools and applications;
    • Customised portal systems;
    • Web services (front-end and back-end);
  • Proide pre and post-sales support to customers and staff.

Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Personality Attributes

To help deliver AVTech’s strategy the successful candidate MUST HAVE the following skills, experience, qualifications and personality attributes:

  • Skills & Experiences
    • 2+ years of experience programming;
    • In depth knowledge of: C#;
    • Working knowledge of MS-SQL 2000-2008;
    • Understanding of data modelling, process flow modelling;
    • Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
